Colorist and passionate above all!
President of the “Pastel en Côte de Beauté” Association and Signature Member of PSEC (Pastel Society of East Canada).
I compose my painting with charcoal on an Arspectrum Terra Cotta paper, carefully guiding my work in a specific direction.
Then, using pastel strokes applied in layers, I love to bring out the light and contrasts.
I am drawn to vibrant colours that make my works come alive, and to the spontaneity of the gesture that gives them their dynamic energy.
