Philippe Girardot

After studying at the Fine Arts schools of Reims and Paris in a printmaking workshop, I discovered pastel through an encounter. This medium is ideal for expressing my art; the mastery of color, acquired over years of experience, creates a beautiful alchemy that allows me to bring the audience into my immense creative joy.
To compose my paintings, I draw inspiration from the emotions that the beauty of coastal landscapes and the surrounding nature evoke in me. I let myself be guided by the contemplation of the places.
